We treat two kinds of purchases differently, because their nature is different.
One-off services — 72-hour guarantee
Any service you buy once (verification, diagnosis, offer analysis...) is fully refundable within 72 hours of purchase, no reason needed — even if you started using it.
Subscriptions — based on billing cycle
Annual and lifetime subscriptions carry the same unconditional 72-hour full-refund guarantee. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time from your Zayenha Hub invoices; they stay active until the end of the paid period, then do not renew, and a partial refund for unused time can be requested from support within 14 days of payment.
