Do you verify my national ID?
No — we have no integration with Nafath. Our professional verification attests that the account holder answered and defended their answers themselves, not that their national identity was verified.
What happens to my profile if I cancel my subscription?
Your account returns to the free tier — your profile and past verifications stay saved, and you can export them fully at any time. Note: the free allowance is not refilled after cancelling (it is consumed once, permanently).
How do you calculate the fit score with a role?
From five factors weighted in code (occupation match, skill overlap, years-of-experience fit, work mode, location) — any factor with insufficient data on either side is excluded from the calculation entirely, never scored as zero, so what we don’t know never lowers your score. Every reason in your result states its actual point contribution and specific evidence — never an unexplained percentage.
