"Zayenha Hub for Apps" (Commercial Registration 7042574579, referred to here as "Zayenha" or "we") operates the Zayenha Job platform. Using the platform means you agree to these terms.
No fee for getting hired
We never charge a job seeker a fee for getting hired — we sell tools and services, not job brokerage.
Content honesty
We never write what you didn’t say. Only the facts in your own Truth Vault are used to build any output.
Limits of professional verification
Verification attests that the account holder answered and personally defended their answers — it is not an official certificate and does not verify national identity.
Closing your account
You may close your account at any time from Zayenha Hub; we disable access and redact your personal data per our Privacy Policy.
Renewal and cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically through the payment method on file in Zayenha Hub, at the price in effect at renewal, until you cancel. Full cancellation and refund details are in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
Your content (your CV, your facts, anything you write) always stays yours, and so does the output our tools generate from it (the letter, the rewritten resume, and so on) — use it however you like. You grant us only a limited license to process what you enter for the specific purpose of fulfilling your request. The platform’s tools, design, and methods belong to Zayenha; using the service does not grant you any right to copy, resell, or reverse-engineer them.
Limits of AI-output liability
Every output from our tools (analysis, scoring, drafting) is developmental guidance built from what you entered — not a final decision or a guarantee of any hiring or interview outcome. Review every output yourself before using it; the decision, and responsibility for it, is always yours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute arising from them is referred to the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom.
Eligibility and age
Using the platform requires you to be 18 or older, with full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Your account security
Your account is fully managed through Zayenha Hub (email and password); you are responsible for keeping your Hub login credentials confidential, and must notify support immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Payment and tax
All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include value-added tax (15%). Payment is processed through the unified Zayenha Hub gateway; a payment that is not confirmed server-side never activates any product or subscription, no exceptions.
Prohibited use
You may not use the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, impersonate another person, or automatically scrape platform data without written permission.
Suspending or ending service
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or the prohibited-use rules above, after notifying you where reasonably possible. You can still export your data after a suspension (your export right, set out in our Privacy Policy, stays in force), and you can dispute the decision by emailing z@zayenha.com. A suspension for your own violation does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period; voluntarily closing your account remains subject to the normal refund policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the last-updated date is shown at the top of this page. Any material change to your current subscription price is communicated to you before it applies to your next billing cycle, never retroactively on what you already paid. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept it.
Third parties
Some of our tools rely on external technical providers (AI processing, data hosting); we are not responsible for a third-party service outage beyond our control, and we work to restore service as quickly as possible.
Service availability
We work to keep the platform available at all times, but we don't guarantee 100% uninterrupted operation — maintenance work or occasional technical issues can occur.
