Frequently asked questions about this service
How is the score out of 100 calculated?
It's the average of three explicit dimensions, each shown to you separately with its own explanation: keyword match against the job posting if you attach one, completeness of the standard CV structure, and the share of your achievements backed by an actual number. No single opaque figure with no breakdown.
What happens to my CV text after I submit it?
We automatically strip your email address and phone number from the text before it reaches the model, so no direct contact identifier is sent. The text is stored on your account to produce the result, and appears in your exportable or deletable account data from your privacy settings at any time.
Why is the 'before' text in every fix an exact quote from my CV, even its flaws?
Because it's a literal quote from your own text — not the model's guess at what it thinks you wrote. That way you know exactly where the change is, and it rules out a manufactured 'before' that makes the improvement look bigger than it actually is.
What's the difference between this and pasting my CV into ChatGPT and asking it to improve it?
ChatGPT will rephrase your text broadly and may add convincing-sounding details you never mentioned. We produce an explicit score on named dimensions, and every 'after' rewrite passes a separate automated verification check that strips out any number not actually grounded in what you wrote — even one that's mathematically correct but derived, not stated — before it reaches you, rather than leaving that to the model's judgment alone.
I'm not happy with the result — what can I do?
Resubmit with a more detailed CV — you can retry up to five times per minute. And if you bought it as a one-off product and weren't satisfied, you're entitled to a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, no questions asked, under our refund policy.
Do I need to attach the job posting?
No, but it sharpens keyword-match accuracy. Without it, the missing-keywords list stays empty, because we don't guess what a posting we've never seen might expect.
How many times can I use this, and at what price?
Up to five attempts per minute (an anti-abuse limit, not a cap on normal use). On the Executive plan (SAR 319/month) this service draws from your shared monthly quota across all AI tools (43 uses a month total, not a separate allowance just for this one); otherwise it's a standalone product at SAR 239 per analysis.
