Analyze your job offer and plan your negotiation
A job offer finally landed — but you're not sure the pay is fair, or which part of it you can actually push back on before you sign.
Got a job offer? We read it clause by clause before you reply.
You see what the offer holds — salary, allowances, benefits, terms — where you have room to negotiate and where you do not, with ready wording for each point.
Who this is for
For anyone who has an actual written job offer (salary, allowances, or other terms) and wants to read it item by item before responding, with negotiation points built from their specific offer.
And when you don’t need it
Not for someone without a written offer yet, or looking for a 'fair' Saudi market salary figure — the tool doesn't have a reliable salary database and says so plainly instead of inventing a number.
How it works
Paste the offer as you received it, and add your role and context if you want.
We read every clause, mark what is usually negotiable and what is not, and write you wording for each point.
You reply knowing what to ask for and how to ask.
A real example
This is a real input, and this is what the tool actually returned for it. We did not write it for display. It is one example — your result depends on what you write.
What the user wrote
Base salary SAR 15,000/month, housing allowance SAR 3,000, transportation SAR 800, annual bonus target 10%, 25 vacation days, full family medical insurance, 3-month probation. Senior Product Manager
What the tool returned
Suggested phrasing:
- Base Salary Optimization
- Probation Risk Mitigation via Sign-on Bonus
Questions to clarify before deciding:
- Is the 10% annual bonus target calculated based on the base salary (SAR 15,000) or the total cash package, and what are the key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to its payout?
- Can you confirm that the GOSI registration and contributions will be calculated on the combined Base + Housing allowance (SAR 18,000) in compliance with GOSI regulations?
Why us and not a general chatbot?
Every line here is measured. We ran the same inputs through the same model with our tooling and without it, and measured both sides with the same yardstick.
| What matters to you | General chatbot | Here |
|---|---|---|
| A market salary figure when asked directly | Gave a full table of specific numbers (SAR 8,500 to 25,000+) and cited two real consulting firm names to lend credibility to unverified figures — measured live (BASELINE.md, case-04) | An explicit refusal to state a number, with named external sources cited without claiming to know their content |
| A 'customary' market allowance percentage | Invented that housing allowance is 'usually' 25% of base and did the math — the exact same bug once found and fixed in an earlier version of our own service (BASELINE.md, case-01) | No unsourced 'customary norm' percentage — every number either comes from your offer verbatim or is calculated explicitly from it |
| Output structure | Zero cases with valid JSON structure out of ten measured cases — free text under markdown headers that can't be saved automatically | A fixed structure, automatically verified before it's saved to your account |
And what we will not do
- We will not tell you "this is a great offer" or "turn it down". The decision is yours; we give you what to base it on.
- And we do not estimate a market ceiling for the salary. We hold no reliable data for your market, and a guessed number can weaken you in the negotiation.
Frequently asked questions about this service
How is the overall assessment of my offer decided?
If your offer details don't mention a salary figure at all, the assessment is automatically 'insufficient info' and you're asked for the specific missing details instead of a guessed verdict. Otherwise, 'strong / fair / needs negotiation' is built by comparing the actual items you wrote — salary, allowances, leave — against each other and against any context you added, never against a market average we don't have, so no fabricated 'fair' number ever enters the decision.
What happens to my offer details after I submit them?
Your email and phone number are automatically stripped from the offer text and any extra context before anything is sent for analysis. The offer text and result are saved to your account so you can review them later — never shared with a third party.
What if I disagree with one of the suggested negotiation points?
Every point is tied to something specific you wrote in the offer — a missing item, or a percentage calculated explicitly from your own numbers. Check the reasoning under each point and skip whatever doesn't fit your situation. The suggested wording is a starting point for the conversation, not a script you have to read verbatim.
Why not just ask ChatGPT about my offer directly?
You can — we actually measured the difference with the same inputs on the same model without our prompt: when asked directly for a market salary average, it returned a full table of fabricated numbers and cited two real consulting firm names to lend them undeserved credibility, and on a separate typical offer it invented that housing allowance is 'usually' 25% of base and did the math. This tool runs under one strict rule enforced on every run: zero fabricated 'market' numbers — every figure either comes from your offer verbatim or is calculated explicitly from it.
Does one purchase mean one offer only?
If you buy this report on its own, it's a single use for a single offer. If your monthly plan includes it, running it counts against your plan's monthly AI usage, so you can analyze more than one offer if you get more than one.
Does it automatically use my saved professional profile?
If you've saved a professional profile in your account (title, years of experience, skills), it's used automatically as extra context supporting your negotiation points — for example, if your documented experience exceeds the role's stated minimum. No need to retype it in the context field.
Does the tool ever suggest a specific target salary number?
When it proposes a new number (a raise or bonus you didn't mention), it's framed as a flat amount or a conventional negotiating percentage — like 'a 10% raise on your current base' — never as a description of the 'correct' market rate, or it stays open-ended with no number at all. No fabricated 'market' figure enters it, however precise the math around it looks.
Is the analysis available in English?
Yes — it detects the language of your offer details automatically and writes the entire analysis in that same language.
